These Lessons are examples of what your students' lessons could look like as the year progresses. Each of these samples is past lessons I have taught. I am about 75% a Digital teacher with a focus on notes Where there will be options for students to utilize different online platforms to help their technical skills grow along with their English Standards.

Our digital library provides students with a wide range of reading materials, including books spanning various genres. Additionally, students can enjoy background music while working and explore educational videos related to the topics covered in the books. These resources enhance the learning experience and cater to different interests and learning styles.


What/Who Was

Who was lesson helps students organize their thinking as they research a person from history or a major event that has happened. By having fill-in-the-blank notes students can do a more of focused searches which helps build their skills in research and learning how to use key-word searching.

Class Activity on "Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter":

This lesson focuses on exploring themes and main ideas through the novel "Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter." Students engage in activities that encourage them to identify and connect themes and main ideas from the text, fostering deeper comprehension and critical thinking skills.


Poetry Notebooks:

The Poetry Notebooks serve as the central focus of our current units. Through structured assignments and guided support, students engage with various elements of poetry, working towards mastering their understanding of this literary form.
